A native Erieite, Ashley fell in love with community renewal work when she studied in Costa Rica. She witnessed the willingness of all sectors in working together to better their country. She went on to serve in the Peace Corps in the Philippines. Inspired by the vibrancy and heart of fellow Philippino counterparts, Ashley quickly developed a deep passion for neighborhood development from the ground up – one relationship at a time. Ashley provides support to the executive and volunteer teams and connects volunteers with an organization they’re passionate about. She is happy spending her days unveiling what an amazing city Erie really is, one program at a time.

Lauren is an Americorp VISTA and is serving as our Neighborhood Renewal Team Lead. She will be working with ServErie’s Footprint to identify needs and assist in the Neighborhood Block Grant, helping renew and revitalize the area.

Chair and Interim Executive Director
Lisa is currently the Director of Contact Center Operations at Erie Insurance. She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Contact Center Leadership. Lisa has been involved with ServErie in several different capacities since its inception in 2008.
Aaron has been involved with ServErie since its inception. He currently serves as Grace Church Staff Lead, resides in the city of Erie with his wife Kelly and 4 children and has a passion for all things Erie.
Cody Cook, FCAS, CPCU, serves as senior vice president, Personal Products Division.
Cody joined The ERIE in 2003 as an Actuarial Analyst. He was promoted to Associate Actuary to Actuary. In 2009 he became a supervisor in
Actuarial Modeling. It was in 2010 when Cody was promoted to Vice President, Auto Product Manager. In 2017 he moved into his current role in Personal Products.
Loretta Nelson has been volunteering with ServErie since arriving in Erie in 2013. Loretta Is very active in the community, volunteering in various non-profit organizations. She is passionate about Erie and the work that Serverie is doing in the community.
Kathy Love is a Certified Nurses Aide and provides personal care to individuals in Erie County, and she is also a member of the Eastside Eagles Neighborhood Watch. From her job to her volunteer work, she has a heart for helping others in her personal and her professional life. She is honored to be on the board of ServErie and to have another method of community service. She joined the board because it gives her more opportunity to help the community. She loves the feeling of expectation that comes at the beginning of each event, looks forward to the fellowship with new people, and the thought of simply brightening someone’s day.
Neil is a lifelong Erie and Erie area resident. A retired Tech Ed teacher and school administrator, Neil continues to work part-time for the PA Dept. of Ed. As a ServeErie volunteer and team-lead, Neil found a passion for the organization. As a Board Member, Neil hopes to support Marcus, the staff and the army of volunteers, which share a love for God and for the city of Erie.
Erin Siegrist is the Director – Workforce of the Future at Erie Insurance. She has held previous roles at Erie Insurance, including Benefits Director, Compensation Manager and Senior HR Business Partner, in addition to other HR roles at Flowserve and HCR ManorCare. She received a degree in psychology from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois and a Master’s degree in HR from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She is a member of SHRM, World at Work, and the CPCU Society. She has been published in World at Work’s WorkSpan magazine and presented at various national conferences. She has received the SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CBP, and CCP designations. She is vice president of the Board of Directors for The Achievement Center, a member of the United Way’s Young Leader Society in Erie, Pa., and a volunteer for The American Cancer Society.
Scott is the Owner of Bonnell’s Auto Group and is dedicated to changing the landscape of Erie. He is one of the founding members of the Erie Christian Business Leaders Association and for many years has been very active in the community. He contributes and volunteers for many non-profit organizations and has also coordinated large events such as Rock The Lakes in 2014 and Convoy of Hope Erie in 2018.
Robert is Owner and CEO of Marsh and Marsh Construction based in Erie, PA. He is a veteran of the US Navy, attended Gannon University, and received an Associates Degree in Business from Tri State Business School. He is a faithful member of Erie First Assembly of God and currently serves as Board member of the JFK Center. Robert is married to his wife, Christina, and is the proud father of four boys.
