Credit counseling required: Credit counseling session for the applicant will be conducted by a Certified Credit Counselor where applicants will learn about credit and budgeting.
Features and Benefits: Revitalization loan proceeds must be used in conjunction with a ServErie Grant for home improvements as specified by the ServErie Grant project outline. Terms: * 5,000 Max Loan amount * 72 Month Max term minimum, * 5.49% fixed APR, * Loan cannot exceed ServErie Grant amount, * Loan cannot be refinanced (If approved, a check is payable to you and ServErie.
Application Steps: When to apply-It is recommended (not required) applicants should apply 30-45 days prior to home project start. To make the best lending decision for your needs, we’ll request information and project criteria from you in the application process.
What to bring: Two forms of valid ID, Completed ServErie Application packet, Proof of employment or 90 days of income verification prior to application.
